We know you’re busy running your classes and don’t have much spare time in your day. We bet you’re wishing for an “impossibly simple” way to add your existing courses into your new CourseStorm catalog. Good news: there is!

We’ve worked hard to streamline your “to do” list by making this part of your day really straight-forward. Of course, you can add your classes one-by-one, but if you have a lot of classes, the fastest way to get them online is to use our “impossibly simple” import tool. With a few quick clicks, you’ll be on your way.

Importing classes into CourseStormOur importer lets you use either an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. With CourseStorm’s bulk importer you’ll never have to worry about converting specific file formats or renaming or re-ordering columns.

The importer is a tool you can use over and over to make setting up classes a breeze. Let’s say you offer the same classes every session. While your summer session is running, you could be working on a fall spreadsheet of classes. Once the fall catalog is finalized and ready to go, you would simply import it when you’re ready for it to be “live.” You could then start working on the next catalog, and so on.

Or maybe you have a seasonal catalog that includes “Snowshoeing” in the winter, but “Tennis” in the summer. You might export a seasonal catalog from CourseStorm, make updates, then import it back into CourseStorm the following year.

Whether you want to import classes during your initial setup or for each subsequent catalog, we think you’ll find our bulk importer an “impossibly simple” process. Of course, if you have any questions, we’re just a phone call away. We love to help.
