American Stage performance
A diverse group of five individuals stands in a line with raised arms, wearing casual dance attire in a studio setting—an inspiring moment reflecting their journey through adult education classes.

For nonprofit arts organizations and theatres, constrained resources are often a reality. Teams are lean, budgets are tight—but demand is high and the to-do list keeps growing. We could use an extra pair (ok, several extra pairs) of hands is a universal sentiment.

On Thursday, February 27, join former scientist and current CourseStorm CEO, Brian Rahill, and CourseStorm's Head of Product and AI afficianado, Matt James, for a conversation about how lean teams can operate robust programs even without an extra set of hands. From simplifying internal processes, to harnessing the power of AI, you’ll walk away with steps you can take right away based on what we've seen work for hundreds of arts orgs across the U.S.

You’ll learn:

  • How to audit and simplify processes to enable your staff and programs
  • How to identify gaps and prioritize technology to elevate your organization
  • How to think about AI and harness its power to work smarter in 2025
